Hi!

I’m Hattie. I was born in the UK, England, and lived there for most of my life. I have family in Australia and have lived here for 4 years. I came for a quick holiday— and I’m still here! (Shhh!).

I have been teaching English for 5 years. I studied English at University, and received first-class honors. I then completed my teacher training and became CELTA qualified, earning the Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages.

I’ve worked at two major language schools in Sydney: Berlitz and La Lingua, teaching large classes and 1:1 tutoring for individual students. I have taught all levels and all ages.

I find it rewarding to see people improve over time and grow in confidence.
